Pieces of Me
It is too my understanding that people want to be better and do better in life. Sometimes it is difficult to take a leap of faith to find your true calling. But we are the creators of our own destiny. We have the tools to succeed, sometimes it’s the ambition and thought process that get in our way.
Julia was in two car collisions within a week’s time in early 2014, shortly followed by a cancer diagnosis. Yet, she doesn’t believe in victims; she believes in mind over matter and has always wanted more for everyone around her.
This book is filled with 366 poems alongside 366 pictures, this is Julia’s first book ever writing and self-published. And she accomplished all of it within 4 months, in a time of transition and healing.
Through Faith, Love, Disappointment, Heartbreak, Family & Health, Julia’s journey and beautiful creativity in this book has been able to meet others on their own journey.
No one’s path is the same, but as Julia has stated, “if my journey can help someone else, it is worth it to share Pieces of Me and my story”.
